Next you'll tell me that Welsh Rabbit must contain actual rabbit, and that Long Island Ice Tea must contain actual tea.

I had a congenital cataract. I had it removed at 4 and an IOL placed at 29. I was patched, etc. I like many others with a congenital unilateral cataract never developed binocular vision. However, there are methods to develop binocular vision and I have engaged in them with success over the last year -- see www.optometrists.org.
